Estimated work is guaranteed & warrantied for 1 year as of completion date. NORTHERN AZ PLUMBING SOLUTIONS is not responsible for additional work without a change order agreement, nor unexpected damage that requires extended work beyond original scope/bid/estimate/ what is visible at time of initial inspection. Original work order covers all work agreed on, & client agrees that any changes for location/parts/significant differences in initial agreement may occur additional charges. If significant changes are proposed, additional change order will be submitted for approval. Client is understanding that existing plumbing may have corrosion/damage that goes beyond the original estimate. Warranty includes any new piping or fixture setting that is newly installed by NAZPS. Warranty does not include connection points of aged piping. Any leaks or damage to existing plumbing, or work not work completed by NAZPS, will result in additional charges. NAZPS is not liable for damages or leaks that happen due to weak plumbing systems from age. Client understands that any damage to fixtures/parts supplied by the client is warrantied by the manufacturer of product, and additional work to replace damaged fixtures could result in additional charges. Any warranty claims on manufacturer warrantied items are still subject to labor charges. If additional charges are to exceed $500.00, an additional work order request must be submitted by NAZPS and approved by the client. All fixtures and parts submitted by the client are to be inspected by NAZPS, and is understood that manufacture defects can still result in issues after installation. Interest at the rate of 5% per month will be added to any balance unpaid more then 15 days, after the date of the invoice. If a balance remains unpaid for more than 60 days NORTHERN ARIZONA PLUMBING SOLUTIONS LLC will take further action as permitted by law. NORTHERN AZ PLUMBING may recover all attorney fees accrued in relation to or in connection with the unpaid balance. All returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.
